I got response right away.I called in the morning to get a model 3 and they said yes and i could pick it up around 1 pm. They got the car ready. I went inside signed the papers in less than 5 mins. They gave me a very good turtorial on how to use the car. How to charge it.We drove the model 3 to whistler and back. I was slightly over the allowed limit for km and he didnt charge me. Also they were very flexible on the 24 rental time. I got there at 1:30 pm and i had to return the car at 2pm the next day.It was one of the best experiences of my life and plan to rent from them again. The staff is great.I know they only do EVs but i wish they rented all kinds of intresting cars. Great business. read less

Even their exotic car departments (which I use quite often) still don't have them yet. Actually, I'm looking to buy a Tesla. But Tesla dealer test drive session is very limited.Here goes ZeroCar! I've got the exact model what I was eying for with exact same configuration and color. Took it for a day ride to Whistler just to feel range anxiety, Supercharger experience and all other concerns I was researching and worried about. It was so pleasant ride!!! Tesla is awesome! Big thank you to ZeroCar allowing me to try their Tesla to it's full extent!!! Yet, I went slightly over the daily mileage limit, but they seem did not charge me (as of yet).Just to make this review fare and plausible: this car rental business is not for the average driver who just needs to move around for cheap. To be honest, you can rent gasoline car twice cheaper, even taking into account cost of gasoline. Also, ZeroCar has a limit on mileage.Anyways, it's worth it. I highly recommend anyone who is curious about EV cars to try ZeroCar. Moreover, whoever is looking to buy Tesla MUST rent it from ZeroCar for a test drive. read less

Everything from the booking, to the pickup, to the drop off was exceptionally easy.I have rented many vehicles in the past and expected a ton of paperwork to sign during delivery. I also expected to be upsold and insurance and BS. None of that here. No drama, just confirm your DL, get a 5 min orientation of the car and then take off.The vehicle was freshly washed outside and COVID sanitized inside. My wife and I had a ton of fun on our 7 hour cruise, coffee and dinner and hangout during the day.The owner Jason was a also a cool guy to just chat with with and provided excellent service. He's a bro. Would come back again next time for the model X rental. read less
